Somerset Treatment Services was established by Somerset County's Board of Chosen Freeholders and the local medical community in 1970. The agency began with a singular focus upon opioid addiction but has since evolved into an organization that delivers comprehensive Substance Use Disorder treatment, prevention services, psychiatric treatment, and HIV services in our community. As a non-profit entity, Somerset Treatment Services provides affordable, quality care to those dealing with a diversity of Substance Use Disorder and related issues.
